Do you pivot away from 3 star primordian?

Even if primordians are not my carries, it's hard for me to justify throwing away three 3-star champions to find champions who suit the role of my actual carries. Do you think it's usually worth giving up on them when you no longer need the econ?

What's your current best setup for getting the most Chogath HP in Pengu Party?

Thus far in my experience mountain seems shockingly mid compared to Renewer or Coven. What are your thoughts?

How do yall win with Shepherd 7???

Maybe this is a crazy question, but genuinely this trait feels so underwhelming. I've got shepherd 7 in both normal games and the anniversary mode (with 2 coven, no less, giving my Bia and Bayin 110 AP and infinite mana) and both times I didn't get close to winning.

I had good backline carries but ofc there are ways to ignore frontline so they just got melted and Bia & Bayin couldn't carry at that point.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, honestly.

Had an ally who did everything right, he didn't buy one item. But after 24 anvils he still did not receive the shardholder anvil. The ONLY thing that could have *maybe* bugged it out was that Ornn guest of honor was in play. But my ally didn't buy one item the whole game.

Furthermore, I've noticed quest items can no longer be bought without preventing you from getting shardblade. Idk if this was in the patch notes or just a bug.

So, does anyone know of any other bugs or "features" that currently make it impossible to receive shardblade? Things that wouldn't have stopped you in the previous arena iteration, or perhaps certain guests of honor bugging it out?

Queue times feel longer than they should be, and for every 1 person on my friend list playing Arena, 5 are playing ARAM Mayhem. Why does Mayhem hold such greater appeal to the average player? Is it really the bigger teams, or maybe less thinking involved, or perhaps a familiar map?

(29M) I've been off caffeine for 11 or 12 days now. For the first week and a half I couldn't sleep without massive headaches. Still feeling like a bit of an insomniac, but more worrisome are the almost nonstop palpitations throughout the day. It's incredibly anxiety-inducing.

Resources online seem to indicate these symptoms should be subsiding within the first 9 days but at this point I almost think it's getting worse. Definitely seems to get worse whenever I stop moving around or lay down in bed.

Like several others I'm left to wonder if 15 years of caffeine use (as much as 2-3 energy drinks a day last few months) has caused me to have some sort of heart condition like CHF. I'm trying to give my body time but I'm really afraid I'm going to have a cardiac episode or something if I don't act now. Right before I quit I had an ECG done that said I had only a slight arrhythmia so I'm trying to assume this is just the withdrawals. Is it unusual to feel this way after 2 weeks though?
