Breaking ground

I want a nice lawn. I lifted the slate chipppngs and found bone dry rock hard earth. I’ve started turning this over, and plan to put top soil down. Then grass seeds. Does that sound right?

Sad pot plant

Any ideas what’s up with this plant? Looks quite droopy. Too much water or not enough?

Could this be a chilli plant in amongst my strawberry seedlings? Planted some at the same time

Clearing slate chippings

Filled about 50 bags of the stuff. How to get rid?

I know some people will take for free on gumtree but does that really work? They’d need a big truck surely? They weigh a tonne!

Repot advice

Hi

Should I re-pot these trees? New house, owners left them behind.

They look like they have potential (a royal purple/smoke bush, and a cherry or plum tree?) so want to look after them if possible

Had a CAO granted in Nov, 50/50 'lives with both parents'. mother hated it, has argued constantly to get rid of it, and applied to court to 'discharge it'. no evidence that the CAO is causing problems for daughter. mother made false allegations about me during proceedings (emotional bullying etc, not physical, no allegations re: child risk). just had first hearing, court ordering section 7.

question: will s7 investigate false allegations? I hope so, but advice suggests keep things child focussed, don't get dragged into mud slinging. And can I ask for a fact finding hearing before/instead of s7? Am concerned mother gets to slander me, affect the cafcas decision, and I get no way to set record straight
