如題，op是中國大陸人，想瞭解台灣人對兩輪機動車（機車）的看法。可能很多人不知道的是，中國大陸幾乎所有大城市的城區都禁止機車上路，包括北京、上海、廣州、深圳等地。
個人認爲這是對個人自由的剝奪，是濫用權力。但是令人驚訝的是，很多人對此政策鼓掌叫好，認爲可以有效解決飆車、炸街等等情況。并且，有一個絕大多數人的迷思，是認爲機車是落後的交通工具，發達國家都不會使用。
那麽，作爲爲數不多的大範圍使用機車的發達國家，台灣是怎麽管理機車的？爲什麽機車在台灣可以收穫良好的口碑？你是怎麽看待台灣城市大範圍使用機車的現象的呢？爲什麽台灣人就不會認爲機車是落後的交通工具呢？
I know some place deep in the massifs of Antarctica could hold the record. But, which inhabited place on earth except polar areas could have the lowest recorded high temperature?
I searched but no particular answer. Sub-polar areas like Kerguelen and Siberia had an unusual high temperature given the latitude. Places with high altitude are also hotter due to the heat island effect.
I managed to find a place in Tibet, called Tsona County, has a recorded high temperature of 18.9 ℃. Will that be the lowest?
Like, I've demolished enough neighborhoods for interchanges and expressways. Driving could be relaxing and convenient in my city. I've also deleted most of the bus services in order to prevent citizens from walking.
The beach maybe an exception, but why on earth will the peds choose to walk on the other roads while the weather is hot and humid? Using TM:PE to ban all the crosswalks on the intersection is so tiring.
I mean, this tropical beach city is hot and humid, nobody wants to walk in that weather. Besides I've demolished so many neighborhoods for interchanges. The road is wide enough (but still could be wider) for my citizen to drive faster than ever. So why on earth do the peds are still walking? How can I ban them from doing so?
I know the beach is a good walk, but why they walk on the other roads? Banning all the crosswalks in TM:PE is so tiring.
