In Wendelwick, Farmer Rachel's hat has no movement animations.

With all the recent updates, changes, improvements, etc., it would be lovely to get some love over on the mobile side.

Is it plausible to use QC again on mobile? Any possibility of any QOL update for mobile in the near future?

Mobile needs some looking into. Play it for a bit, and you'll see.
