International student arriving at 17 (3 months away from 18). Do I need an in-person legal guardian in Poland for visas/dorm check-in?

Hey everyone! I'm an international student planning to study at AGH University in Kraków this upcoming semester. I have a quick question about documents: at the exact time of admission/arrival, I will be 17 years old (about 3 months away from turning 18). I don't have any family or contacts living in Poland. For those who arrived at AGH as minors, what was the process like for parental consent forms, dorms, and visas? Did you face any issues during those first few months before turning 18?
