How can we legally automate access to company articles of association in Germany? Any API or LLM-based solutions?

Hey everyone,

I’m running into a recurring Legal-Tech problem in Germany and wondering if anyone here has faced (and solved) something similar:

I frequently need official articles of association (Gesellschaftsvertrag/Satzung) of German GmbHs. These documents are deposited in the Handelsregister (commercial register) and available via Unternehmensregister – but:

  • Retrieval is only possible manually via the official portal, with login and paid download per document.
  • There’s no open API for automated access (unlike some other EU countries).
  • LLMs can’t just ‘pull’ these docs because of legal and technical restrictions.

My questions:

  • Is there a legal way to automate this process (official API, authorized service providers)?
  • Any vendors or platforms that provide API-based access for German corporate filings?
  • Experiences with LegalTech tools that integrate Handelsregister queries?
  • If we accept the fees, is there a workflow to integrate this into an automated pipeline for analysis (e.g., monitoring, compliance, KI)?

Goal: Full compliance, no scraping hacks – just legal automation + LLM integration for document analysis.

Hazetown, jamaican inspired town (unfinished)

Hazetown is a small Jamaican town with nearly 1,000 inhabitants. Most of them live on the rainforest-covered hill in the eastern part of the town. The town was once shaped by the fishing industry and the historic tobacco factory "Ganjuma". Over the past decades, it has developed into a town characterized by tourism and hippie culture. Every Tuesday and Sunday, you can buy local products at the central market near the beach.

I used most of the basic CS1 Mods such as Move It, Anarchy, PO, surface painter and a few more. I also used many assets from the workshop like houses inspired by puerto rico or cuba.

Hey,

Im Sommer steht für mich und ein paar Freunde ein Urlaub in Spanien(Mallorca) an. Wir fliegen von Prag aus. Im Gegenteil zu dem Sauftourismus auf der Insel sind wir allesamt Kiffer. Daher wollte ich fragen ob jemand Erfahrung hat mit Ausfuhrbescheinigungen für medizinisches Cannabis. Ich habe gehört, dass das eine Alternative zur Beschaffung vor Ort wäre, diese allerdings viel Aufwand benötigt. Kann mir jemand helfen wie ich an diese Bescheinigungen komme und ob diese rechtlich zulässig sind? Alternativ würde ich mich auch über alternative Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten freuen.
