Brand new Embody: loose Backfit pixel + weird seat/back fitment. Anyone had the same exp?
A brand new Embody arrived from the dealer today! (I live in Poland, no official HM here)
2 things that worry me: (see pics for reference)
Backfit/pixel issue - one of the lower left elements wasn’t properly clipped in and the surrounding structure looks deformed because of it.
Seat/backrest fitment - on both sides, the plastic parts where the seat meets the backrest don’t seem to sit flush. There’s what looks like excess fabric/material between them, leaving a pretty sharp protruding edge. It also gets in the way when reaching for the Backfit adjustment.
Anyone had either of these on a new Embody? Normal, fixable, or replacement territory?
