Remaining unclimbed summits?

It seems at this point there are no unclimbed summits in the U.S. given all the FKT and Strava stuff.

What are the remaining peaks?

Those that backpack and hike in bear country. How do you get over bear attack paranoia?

I am curious how people that go out a few days a year vs long term or frequently are traveling in bear country find their way without screaming away bear all day and learn to trust the wilderness?

Especially for solo hikers, and also solo camping/backpacking overnights.

Fun backpacking meals

I am headed out on a solo backpacking adventure in Montana in the coming week and trying to think of some fun cooking ideas beyond the traditional rice and beans, pasta, and definitely no instant backpacking packaged deals. I have made pizzas, pad Thai, and other fun meals, but looking for some ideas.

Let’s see those great meals!

Early users - Free code (DM me) - outdoor guides & snowsports instructors - Also travelers

I've built MEETR ([https://meetr.pro\](https://meetr.pro)) and we've got some early organic sign ups, but I'm working to get some real feedback to expand the platform. Ideal customers are people that are outdoor guides (ie: fishing, climbing, rafting, backpacking, etc...) or snowsports instructors/guides. I'm willing to give free premium listing profiles so you can use it and give feedback - what works, doesn't, what could make it even better.

If you're a person looking for a guide and planning a trip, would love that feedback too, but just note our supply side is still thin in most of the world. DM me here for a code and why you'd be a fit), there also is a free, no-credit-card-required tier as well.

struggling with user acquisition on my side project, MEETR - Ideas for guide supply?

I've built MEETR, a marketplace bringing guides & prospective adventure travelers together, but getting users to engage is tough - even with a freemium model.

Any tips or strategies that have worked for you, especially for finding guides and snowsports instructors which mostly live on social media and not as much as emails, like traditional business contacts?

We put this together outlining all the different pass options out there these days. I know many of you are locked in because of proximity to a specific mountain, but for those of you trying to figure out your vacations and which pass goes where, what other options you may have, etc... we thought this could be helpful:
