Will carmax purchase a car that is not technically safe to drive due to brake pad issues and caliper issues? I would need them to come to me and tow the vehicle. It's unclear if this is okay?

I am attempting to sell my car to carvana that has some super work brake pads and possibly caliper issues. But I have been driving on it and it's been fine. Nowhere could I indicate that the brakes have issues. Will the car be refused? I am told if they can't safely drive it away they will refuse. I am taking off work for this and really can't afford for them to refuse. I need this thing gone lol. Any thoughts?
