California $3500 EV Rebate for previous EV owners?
Does anyone know if I qualify if I have already owned a previous EV, but my wife has not. If I add her name as a co-registrant on the vehicle, will that allow us to qualify? Or does the fact that I already owned an EV completely disqualify me.
Has anyone taken advantage of this yet? It only went in to affect a month or so ago, but these R2's qualify.
