How do I stop collecting so much

Hi, I've been into kpop for a few years now and have quite the collection of albums, photocards and merch. While these things do make me happy, every once in a while the thought creeps up on me of how much money I've spent.

Mainly how that money could have been used on experiences. I have gone to a fair amount of concerts, but also missed out on others. I also really like to travel and it makes me sad to think I could have used that money on a trip.

I stan a lot of groups and have tried to limit myself to collecting only a select few. But new groups debut or I discover another one or the new cb is sooo good. I also purge every once in a while and sell the stuff I no longer find joy from. But that money goes right back into more kpop.

I don't understand why pretty cardboard has such a hold on me. Maybe I just seriously lack discipline.

TLDR: I stan and collect a lot of kpop groups so I spend a lot of money on them but I would prefer to spend that money on experiences/trips instead

Member ships??

As a new nswer and a yuri enjoyer, I was wondering if nmixx has official or "government" ships? Or even just what the most popular ships are. So far the only one I've come across is some Haely content.

*This is just for fun. Sorry if you don't like rps

32 Y Female - suspect high prolactin

Hi, I started doing some research on prolactin after realizing I have galactorrhea. I have experienced some other possible symptoms as well such as weight gain, headaches and feeling so tired that I need to take a nap every day. I also realized this could be why pap smears have been so painful for me.

I've had depression and anxiety for over 10 years and do take an antidepressant which I realize could be the cause. High prolactin is a rare side effect of cymbalta. Not sure why I would only be experiencing this side effect recently though.

I've made an appointment with a doctor to check and make sure as I've read there are other possible causes. But curious to hear of others take or experiences.
