Încerc să ajut o prietenă, Irina, care a ajuns într-o situație financiară foarte grea și încercăm să vedem dacă se încadrează pentru procedura insolvenței persoanei fizice (Legea nr. 151/2015).
Problema este că nu știm de unde să începem și căutăm un avocat sau, dacă se poate, o avocată din Baroul Iași sau Baroul Vaslui care chiar are experiență cu astfel de dosare.
Din păcate, bugetul ei este foarte limitat, așa că ne-ar ajuta enorm dacă știți pe cineva care oferă măcar o consultație gratuită, lucrează cu onorarii accesibile sau, în anumite situații, acceptă și cazuri pro bono.
Nu vreau să încalc regulile subului și nici nu caut reclamă pentru cineva. Mă interesează doar recomandări din experiență sau dacă știe cineva un avocat care se ocupă efectiv de insolvența persoanelor fizice.

I’m sharing this fundraiser to help someone very close to me who is currently going through a serious financial and housing crisis.
Due to circumstances outside of her control, she lost financial stability unexpectedly and now urgently needs to secure alternative housing before the end of May. At the same time, she is actively searching for work and trying to regain stability as quickly as possible.

O cheamă Bianca, are 23 de ani și ar vrea să cunoască fete din Iași pentru conversații relaxate și plimbări prin oraș, fără agitație sau planuri complicate. Se simte mai confortabil în discuții 1 la 1 sau eventual în grupuri foarte mici, nu prea e genul de persoană care să intre direct într-o gașcă mare.
E mai introvertită și liniștită la început, dar o foarte bună ascultătoare. Îi plac lecturile, plimbările și discuțiile despre psihologie, criminalistică, istorie, anime, seriale și filme, dar preferă să lase restul de descoperit pe parcurs 😄
E deschisă să cunoască fete noi în timp și chiar să descopere hobby-uri noi. Ca vârstă, probabil s-ar conecta mai ușor cu fete pe la 18-30 de ani, dar nu e ceva strict.

I picked up one of those Tuya-based smart planters (the Ivy one with the little screen face) a few weeks ago — just bought it myself, no affiliation.
Honestly didn’t expect much, but I’ve been really happy with it so far.
It tracks soil moisture, light and temperature and sends notifications through the app, which for me made a bigger difference than I thought. I used to either forget to water or overthink it — now I just follow what it says and my plant’s been doing noticeably better.
Setup was quick (standard Tuya process), and battery life has been solid so far (charging it every couple of weeks).
The little face/animations are a bit gimmicky, not gonna lie, but they actually make it more engaging than a regular pot. I end up checking on it more often because of that.
Only real downside for me is being tied to the Tuya ecosystem, but if you already use it, it’s not a big deal.
Overall, I didn’t expect to like it this much, but it turned out to be one of those small smart gadgets that you actually keep using.
Anyone else here tried these or integrated them with a smarter setup?
