The Trifecta and Pregnancy

Hello,
I am diagnosed with POTS, hEDS, and MCAS. I also just found out I am 7 weeks pregnant with my first child.

Not looking for medical advice of course but just advice from people who understand my special body.

Anything you noticed that pregnancy did to you that you didn’t expect? Anything I should keep an eye out for?

Give me the fun and scary things!

My favorite thing so far is despite going off my POTS meds, I am barely getting dizzy! I’m sure it’s because of the increased blood volume but I didn’t think it would kick in so fast. Fingers crossed it sticks around 😀

Adding a second disposal?

New homeowners here trying to keep a kosher-style kitchen. We have a dual bowl sink, I wonder if it is possible to or worth it to add a second garbage disposal so we could have one side be meat and one side dairy.

Currently one set of dishes pile up on the counter until we can sanitize the entire sink to swap it over.

Any advice on going about this would be appreciated!

I am having a POTS flare and while laying down I started to feel like my lungs were stuck. my chest felt tight like the lungs are expanded and I can’t get air to move. I’m gasping for breath and occasionally get a breath in but it burns.

Has anyone had anything like this before?
