Outsourcing domestic chores

I'm a single man who lives alone and honestly, I hate chores. Instead, I opted out to get a cleaning service done 1-2x a month, it has greatly helped me in so many ways. I've known my cleaner for months and she's been nothing but amazing.

The issue is, the girl I'm talking to isn't too fond of it. She's doesn't approve of it and feels it's inappropriate to have women enter my home as a single man. She said she wouldn't want to have a cleaning service when she's married, either.

I told her we both work, we can just split the cost and never have to think about chores again to focus on ourselves. She still didn't want it. Tbh, I feel like it's more that my cleaner is a woman than anything else.

So question to the group -

  • Would you hire a cleaning service if you lived alone?

  • To the ladies: Would a single man who's got a cleaning service be a good or bad thing?

  • To the ladies: Would you get one when you're married?

Edit: I've lived for years solo as a post college grad, I know how to take care of myself.

ISO: Somali Tea Recipe

A couple of years back, I went to Somalia for the first time and spent a couple of weeks at the capital. While I was there, there were Somali women who would go from store to store selling a cup of tea for 1k shillings. They also gave you a lemon or lime (forgot) to add to your tea.

Never have I never had Somali tea taste as good, ever, than when I what I was being served back then. I've desperately tried recreating the recipe but it never tastes the same. I've tried Lipton and a couple Somali branded teas at the local store, nothing.

My request: If you live in Somalia, know one of these ladies, or know their secrets, what brand of tea do they use? What's the steps? Lemon or Lime?

I'd literally be willing to buy and ship it to the states to have another go at that. Please help me, I'm desperate
