Tips for first timers

In a bit more than a week we're off to Fuerteventura for the first time. I'm a single dad with 2 daughters, 18 and 15. We're staying just south of the airport at an all inclusive resort.

On our to do list is visiting the zoo, hiking a volcano (which one?) and maybe hit a kart track. The girls obviously love to shop and go to the beach. Thinking about booking a snorkeling tour, is it worth it?

We have booked a small rental car, unfortunately an SUV type was not available. Will this limit us in visiting certain areas?

Looking for tips on beaches and cute towns and maybe some local markets? Visiting from thursday to thursday.

Accomodation for father and teenage daughter

So I'm taking my youngest daughter on a 16th birthday trip to London from 28-31 December, I know it's an expensive month to visit the city, but I'm looking for an affordable place to stay. Around the £150 per night mark. I have found some nice accomodations, but the all have one bed. I'm looking for something with 2 single beds of a bunk bed or something. And a private bathroom.

Maybe I'm looking for something that doesn't exist, but hopefully you guys have some tips. We don't mind a shortish tube ride to get into the heart of the city.

Edit: Went with Point A Hotel London Kings Cross – St Pancras for £415. Mostly because of the closeness to public transportation. We arravia via Luton and leave via Heathrow, so this looked like the best option for us.

Thanks for all the advice!

Where to take my 16 year old in the days between Christmas and New Year's?

My youngest daughter will turn 16 right before Christmas. We live in the Netherlands and she loves shopping and the atmosphere of Christmas. I want to take here away to somewhere in Europe for a couple of days from the 27th of December for some father-daughter quality time. My immediate throught was London, but I'd love to hear what you guys think!

Both Alpines ran through Cadillac's pit area and did not return to the fast lane after their stops.

Maybe this is what resulted in them speeding? I don't know if it's even allowed what they did.
