Word from Google on current WiFi issue?
I'm deeply disappointed by Google's response to the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth failure on my device. Despite multiple contacts, support refuses to help because it’s past the warranty period, offering nothing but a referral to a third-party repair shop. Google is well aware of this hardware defect but is dodging responsibility. Has anyone found a way past the standard customer service wall?
Has anyone successfully managed to get their case escalated or received a replacement?
