Looking to buy 2Bhk flat which are under construction in prime areas where it’s easy to get tenents and good rental yields. I can’t bet my money on new builders should be trustworthy builders.

Lately I see vpn showing up ON all the time after an update. The problem I have with this is, this is blocking my few finance and banking apps.
So can I goahead and turn off the vpn ?
