Upstairs neighbor flooded my bathroom again

My wording was really confusing on my last post so I'm trying this again. i just need some advice on what to do

Two weeks ago I came home and my electricity was out and when I turned on my phones flashlight I saw water all over the floor in and around my bathroom and there was a bubble that opened up on my ceiling

After contacting my landlord they sent someone right over to fix the ceiling once it dried. Apparently the upstairs neighbor left their shower on and the drain was clogged

The same exact thing happened again two days ago except this time even worse. The water made it to my livingroom and almost ruined my computer. This time I'm pretty upset as this is getting a little ridiculous. The ceiling is even worse now. i have a fan drying it out and my landlord is sending someone over again to fix it tomorrow

Havnt heard anything from my upstairs neighbor about it. How do I voice my frustration to my landlord so they actually do something about my neighbors? I have a really hard time communicating when I'm mad and dont want my landlord thinking I'm taking the frustration out on them

Upstairs neighbor floodes bathroom. Again

So two weeks ago I came home and had no electricity. I turned on my phone flashlight and saw part of my ceiling coming down and water all over the place

No apology or anything. Okay, fine.

I came home from work yesterday and right after they repaired the ceiling they did it AGAIN. No electricity and water everywhere. This time the water traveled to the livingroom and almost ruined my computer set up.

Again there wasnt even a note or explanation

How do I calmly voice my frustration to my landlord without it sounding like Im yelling at them so they actually do something about it? Im furious but is there anything that can be actually be done?

Am I financial responsible for pest control?

About a week ago I got a text from my landlord that was meant for another tenent in the building. The text was asking if the pest control was working for their bed bugs. So immediatly I freak out because I have a few bites on my ankle

I'm not sure how the laws work in NH but does that text save me from being financially responsible for any pest control fees in case I find any in my apartment?

I live in a small studio apartment with those fake wood floors and little to no furniture. I only have a bed (with a bed bug cover) on a metal frame, a computer desk set up and a gaming chair. I threw all clothing and bedding in a dryer at high heat for multiple cycles and still have yet to see any

I dont know what I'm doing

This feels impossible. I've never been this addicted to a drug before. i was an alcoholic for seven years and PST for two years. But even then I wasnt fiening for them. i feel and look like a crackhead over this stuff. Once that twenty minute high is up I'm only thinking of my next dose. This is actually insane

I started subs but like an idiot Im still taking 7oh even though its effects are completely blocked. I litterally feel nothing but still keep dosing like usual. I have no idea how to stop this

I just needed to vent, Im not in a good place right now
