Professional violinist with repetitive strain injury, musicians using this share results

Professional violinist dealing with repetitive strain in left hand and forearm. Sports medicine doctor suggested hyperbaric sessions might support healing alongside physical therapy.
The injury has limited practice time significantly. Can only play 30 to 40 minutes before pain increases. For a professional musician this is a major career issue.
Interested in hearing from other musicians or people who use hands professionally. Did you see improvements in repetitive strain injuries? Timeline for noticing changes?
Curious about coordinating sessions with practice schedule. Should playing happen right before or after sessions or does timing not matter?
Planning to start next month and hoping this helps get back to full practice capacity. Music is livelihood so finding effective treatment approaches matters a lot.

Beach dog cleaning routine

We live near the beach and my lab goes in the ocean almost daily. Salt water, sand, sometimes seaweed stuck in his fur. Right now I rinse him with the hose after beach then do a full bath twice a week. But the salt is making his coat feel rough and I think I'm bathing too much. What do beach dog owners actually do for daily post ocean cleanup?

New FP&A hire is harping on single source of truth but IT controls data. We are very inefficient with analysis.

Finance, sales, and ops all run on different numbers and leadership pulls from whichever report arrived most recently. What I want to understand is what properly integrated financial infrastructure actually looks like when it is built with intention from the start. Would love to hear from people who have actually built this at a growing company and what the starting point looked like in practice.

What do people actually do during the hour?

For those doing regular sessions, what do you do with the time? Read, listen to music, sleep, meditate? Looking for ideas to make the time productive or at least pass faster.
