So happy to be back walking again, you can see when I ruptured my achilles in Dec. Non op recovery

7 months post rupture, non opp recovery. Lots of stairs on this one. A little sore but fine really, no limp and could probably have kept going if I needed to.

Guess when I ruptured my achilles and then started going back to the gym!
