Moved and now peacock doesnt work

I've moved and my peacock subscription wont "activate" because its "linked" to the old account that i guess changes when you move address, because I guess when you move your account number gets updated. Can someone please help me? I am diamond status with complementary peacock i would like to see this resolved as soon as possible, please thanks

I dont really know the cost of a repair like this and im going to try and get quoted today for the fix. Anyone generally know?

Any helpful insight on how bad or remedial of a situation this is would help, feels like a big deal as its a serious offset but I also have no expirence to compare this too.
