But in reality the lock on my lower tool chest finally popped out when I was trying to unlock it - after 23 plus years of use, bummer.

I was able to pop a couple drawers open using this long metal stick, but when I fix it - the lock is getting a nut to tighten the lock in place instead of relying on just the clip!

I’m pretty much done using DD - Sorry they pay you so bad - but I can’t make up all the difference!

How do you guys / gals do this?

I feel I tip appropriately: Chipotle & chick fil a are pretty much where I order from - and my office is a couple miles from both.

Just a meal for myself - and I’m tipping $5 - well today a dasher rolls in on a donut and has the nerve to give me some sob story and ask me for a little extra so they can “get a new tire”.

Seriously what is that crap!

Out of the blue I just had a thought. I’ve seen post of what should I get “someone” as a gift for their 4Runner.

I’ve also seen posts of I got a CEL…..

So you know what everyone who owns any vehicle needs?

A Code Reader - Sure you may never need it, but it’s great to have.

The second thing would be a jump box - You may never need it, but it’s great to have.

Feel free to add what you think is an essential.

Month or so ago I applied this ceramic glass coating to my windshield, well I’ve been really impressed - so it seems like a good Sunday to do the rest.

It’s like rain-x on steroids - rain repels, bugs clean off with ease, dirt/dust/pollen don’t seem to stick as much….its a good product!

I was greasing the driveshaft on my 2017 w/ 145k miles yesterday, and while I was under there - I was admiring how rust free it is!

Well, then today - I was really disappointed with the looks of the hitch weld points….So a little taping off, cleaning with a wire brush and 4 light coats of the Rust-Oleum paint I had on a shelf in my garage made it look like new again. Hey, at least it’s high heat 😂 - those hitches get pretty hot 👀.

Great looking vehicle, but holy crap is there a lot of black trim to tape 😂. Took me longer to tape than wax with my orbital 👀.

I did rotors & pads on all 4 corners the end of October 2025 and didn’t notice any issues, but apparently winter tore them up. Both of the ones on the back ends of the front wheel are still pretty pliable….

Anyway, I replaced all 4 with some cheapies for now, the fit really isn’t that bad - but do any of you have info on a full set that’s a little more robust than these flimsy ones that came factory / replacements?
