Keep trying iron supplements, still can’t poop

I’ve tried iron bisglycinate, liquid iron, and heme iron. They all cause constipation that doesn’t go away with miralax, psyllium husk, docusate sodium, or magnesium citrate. I can’t afford an infusion. Help lol

Urgency getting worse and more sudden

I’ve never had bladder issues, and then I developed a severe eating disorder and started noticing leakage around a year or 1.5 years ago. I’ve since recovered and started eating normally and my weight has restored, but my bladder seems weaker than ever. I had a dream a few months ago of a toilet and I peed the bed. Every time I’m near a trigger like a bathroom, running water, or anything that looks like a stall, I get an extreme urge to urinate and i genuinely think im going to pee myself. Today I got the urge and i didn’t fully make it to the toilet and I urinated in my pants. I feel so embarassed and I don’t know where to start. How can i reverse this?

i’ve gotten botox for my jaw and felt relief for a couple months. do you think it’s worth it for stress-related tmj if I can’t get PT? Wondering how many people here keep going back for botox.

I struggle with clenching (teeth apart) when i’m stressed and i can’t stop.

I’m 22 years old and I just got a new job making $19.50/hr Biweekly 40 hours per week. I’ve never had a major surgery other than my wisdom teeth. I do, however, want coverage for weekly jaw PT for TMJ, a couple common prescriptions every month, and regular counseling.I need help choosing between a PPO plan at $127 per pay period, $0 deductible for in network, $4000 out of pocket max, $80/pt or specialists visit.
HDHP: $54 per pay period, $1750 deductible for preferred providers, $3500 for in-network, $3500 out of pocket max for preferred providers, $5000 out of pocket max for in-network, HSA eligible, most things 15-30% coinsurance, $500 contributed to Hsa.

Please help!

I’ve tried iron bisglycinate from thorne and liquid iron from natures way. I’m very hydrated all the time and I have fiber. What else can I try to treat my iron deficiency that won’t cause constipation?

It’s so bad the miralax and stool softener don’t work when I take my iron supplements, so I just have to stop treating my deficiency to be regular. Help!!

I’ve had severe jaw pain at the very top of my masseter muscle and under my chin. I don’t grind or even touch my teeth together. I do clench the muscle and chew my cheeks unintentionally out of stress. My chin also pretty strongly favors my non painful side.

Looking for help. Botox helped for 30 seconds, but I want a permanent solution!!
