I have this Eucalyptus sapling that's growing...umm... well... I dont know if it's growing well. Some buds are dying off and some are totally fine and blooming. It's all mixed. If the dying buds were on the same branch I would have assumed some somatic mutation on that branch. But that's not the case. Why is this happening...dying and living at the same time (like me :D)

I water it once a week, it gets 9 hours of light from early morning to mid afternoons with current heatwave in Denmark! I haven't added any fertilizer, as I read somewhere that Eucalyptus needs a nutrient poor soil. Any tips are welcome.
