Gem grab of doom

I don’t think my setup can even be called a battle station.
I’m honestly lost on what to do with it, so I come you the people of Reddit for help.

I’m no tech guru, but I think my 7800XT is about to kick the bucket. I’m not sure if the problem is a hardware issue or a software issue. I’m coming on here to find out!!! Any help at all is appreciated. Just lay all the bad news if there is any on me…

Some extra context

1. My screen randomly flickers black

2. I found out about 2 months ago after reinstalling my graphics card. I figured out that for about a week it had bad GPU sag and propped it up.

3. I dunno if having 3 screens could do anything?
