How would you interpret my 2nd, 4th and 8th houses for income, wealth and investments?

Based on my birth chart, what do you think are the best ways for me to make money and build wealth? I’d also love to hear your perspective and experience, even if it goes beyond traditional chart interpretations. I’m trying to get out of my bubble and explore different viewpoints. If anyone could specifically comment on my 2nd, 4th, and 8th houses, I’d really appreciate it.

Profile Evaluation: MC/MPA Mason Program (HKS) – any chance?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for an honest evaluation of my profile for the Mid-Career Master in Public Administration (Mason Program) at the Harvard Kennedy School for the 2027/2028 cohort.
Background:
I am 38 years old and have 14 years of experience in the Colombian public sector. My career includes a decade working in federal courts and offices, and I currently serve as an Auditor at a State Court of Accounts.
My academic path was non-linear. Due to financial constraints and the need to work, I had to pause my studies twice. I eventually completed my degree in Political Science at the University of Los Andes at age 38, while working full-time. My WES-certified GPA is 3.67.
Return to the Region:
Recently, I transitioned to remote work and decided to move back to my small hometown in a remote, region of Colombia. Returning to my roots has allowed me to witness firsthand the structural challenges I faced growing up.
Over the past year, I have been developing a volunteer project focused on vulnerable children in this region. The goal is to provide these children with tools to understand their rights and access opportunities that can break the cycle of poverty and political dependency common in rural areas. I am focusing on active citizenship and empowerment initiatives for youth who lack access to resources.
Goals at HKS:
I want to use the MC/MPA to transition from technical oversight and auditing to proactive policy design. My goal is to learn how to integrate technology and new governance models to diversify the economy of arid regions and offer a different future for the youth in my home region.
Questions:
1. Is completing a degree at 38 (despite a long professional career) could it be a drawback in the eyes of the admissions committee?
2. Do leadership projects need to have been established for many years to be considered competitive, or are more recent initiatives (e.g., developed over the last 1–2 years) equally valued?
Thanks in advance for any feedback!
