Traska vs. Henry Archer?

Have identified watches I like from both Traska and Henry Archer, both companies seeming to have good designs and good quality. Now stuck as to what real points of differentiation there are between them? Any owners of either or both that can input on their experiences with the quality. BTW, kind of looking at these for "Explorere Alternatives" though the HA is maybe a bit farther out.

OK, over the years I have owned a number of watches with 3-6-9 dials which I just thought were a nice style, no lux names per se, maybe a Seiko at one point. Anyway, want to get a new version of this style and (excuse my ignorance) I have now learned this is a look based off an old Rolex Explorer. So, I am looking for watches ($300-800) in this style. (Never going to buy a Rolex, which I did finally look at online and it was clearly like some of the watches I owned.) Anyway, I have honed in on a few from searches. One is from Steinhart which apparently is a close homage to the Rolex, but is German/Swiss made and seems to be good quality with some flak about its design. Others are Chinese, which are less interesting. Rather go good quality microbrand. I do want it to be minimally 38mm as I have a 8 inch wrist. Tried searching but as a "senior" I clearly did not understand how to search for this correctly...only mixed results. So, appealing to the experts. What can you recommend and have you had experience with the brand? Thanks in advance.
