Looking for a co-founder to help me grow Clippe, the infraestructure for service businesses

Hey everyone,
I’m a software engineer from Tijuana, Mexico, and for some time I’ve been working on a product called Clippe.
Clippe started around a simple problem: service businesses have their operation scattered everywhere. They use one thing for appointments, WhatsApp to talk to customers, spreadsheets for commissions, another service to accept payments, something else for their website, and a lot of things are still done manually.
I want Clippe to become the infrastructure behind those businesses.
It’s mainly built for businesses like barbershops, salons, spas, beauty and wellness professionals, and other businesses that work around appointments and services.
The platform is already working. Businesses can manage appointments, customers, employees, schedules, services, specialties, commissions, tips, cash flow, multiple locations, roles and permissions, and more. They also get their own booking website where customers can schedule directly.
We’ve also integrated payments. Businesses can accept card payments, charge customers without needing a physical terminal, or generate a payment URL and send it directly to the customer.
There are obviously established companies in this space like Booksy, Fresha and others. I’m not pretending we invented online booking.
What I’m interested in building is something broader than that.
I see scheduling as the starting point, not the whole product. My goal is for a business to eventually run most of its day-to-day operation through Clippe, from the moment someone books an appointment to getting paid, managing employees and commissions, keeping track of customers and eventually managing multiple locations.
I also care a lot about keeping the business itself at the center. I don’t want someone using Clippe to feel like they’re just another profile inside our marketplace. Their customers should remember their brand, not ours. Clippe should be the technology running underneath it.
And just to give some context about me and the product: I’m not a non-technical founder looking for someone to build an AI-generated idea for me. I’m a software engineer and I’ve built Clippe myself. The application, backend, business logic, payments, permissions, booking system and infrastructure are real and working. I use AI as another development tool like pretty much every modern developer does, but Clippe isn’t an AI wrapper or a weekend-generated SaaS.
The part where I know I need the right person is growth.
I’m looking for a co-founder who is much stronger than me on the business side, particularly sales, distribution, marketing, partnerships and customer acquisition. Someone who enjoys getting a product into people’s hands as much as I enjoy building it.
I’m also looking for someone who can invest capital into the company. Not someone who just writes a check and disappears, though. Ideally, I want someone who puts both time and money into Clippe and genuinely wants to build the company together.
We’re starting in Mexico, and being in Tijuana puts me right next to the US as well. I don’t see Clippe as something that has to stay limited to Mexico if we get the model right.
You can check out what I’ve built at clippe.app.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, send me a DM. I’m happy to show you the actual product, talk numbers, explain where things currently stand and share where I want to take it.

Opinions about this components

Hi, I’m Alan, the creator of the "Mood UI" component library for Vue/Nuxt. I’m currently working on a personal project using Next and have been building various components for my own use; they turned out well enough that I’m considering turning them into an open-source component package. What do you think? Are they worth it? Would you use them?

[3 YoE, Unemployed, Software Engineer, Tijuana México]

I've been working as a software engineer for almost four years, mostly as a Full Stack developer.
My only two jobs came directly to me, and I passed the interviews, but now I've been unemployed for almost three months, and I've sent out around 100 applications, getting a few interviews but being rejected outright.
I consider myself really good at my job, someone dedicated, but right now it's impossible for me to find a job, neither with companies in Mexico nor in the United States.
What could be my problem? (English level B2)

[IOS][$79.99 → Free Lifetime] Tallya AI Track AI Finances App

[Edit] Instead of sending me your email addresses via message, it would be best if you went to your profile after registering and sent me your username. This is because people sometimes sign up with a hidden email address but send me their personal one, making it impossible for me to tell who is who (even if you change your username, the account will remain premium).

Hi everyone!

The app I was looking for—but that no one had actually built—has finally launched! I’ve opened up a few spots for free users.

URL: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tallya-ai-money-budget/id6785700512

What exactly is Tallya?

Tallya is an AI assistant that makes managing your finances easier.

How does it work?

You can interact via chat, voice, or—my personal favorite—Siri. Just tell it what you bought or how much you spent, and it automatically categorizes the transaction. You can also simply send a photo of a receipt via chat; it extracts all the details and creates the transaction for you. You can view your transactions on a map or a calendar. One of my favorite features is "Circles," which lets you stay in sync with your groups, manage shared expenses and budgets, and do much more via chat (plus, you can view your circle's activity on a map).

Includes: Widgets for unlocked and locked screens, Insights and Watch App, also is available on 3 languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese).

The easiest way for me to activate your complimentary premium account is for you to send me the email address you used to sign up for the app once you've registered; that way, I can add you to the free premium group—though I can only include a limited number of people!

I would love to get your feedback and reviews if possible, and I’m also open to hearing any suggestions for improvement!

AI Money and Budget App that actually works

Tallya was born out of a need to avoid unlocking my phone just to log my expenses and income. I thought about the easiest way to do this and noticed that while people were using voice input, they still had to manually categorize entries. So, I built an app that actually helped me personally. I integrated Siri so I could simply speak about my finances and have her execute the commands: if I say "I spent 20 on sushi," she adds it to my expenses, categorizes it, logs the location, and records it automatically—all without me needing to unlock my phone. It’s highly accurate and works just as well for income. It also functions automatically if you provide an image; it categorizes the item and adds notes, location, and other details—whether it’s a restaurant meal or a paycheck stub. It works the same way for group circles, where you can simply submit a receipt and split the costs among members. It’s simple and easy to use.

It features lock-screen and home-screen widgets, an expense calendar, and daily insights to improve your finances.

[IOS] Launched my AI Money App

Tallya acts as a financial assistant that eliminates the need to physically handle your phone; instead, you simply ask Siri to handle your transactions. For instance, if you bought something, you can just tell Siri, "I spent 70 on sushi," and Tallya automatically adds and categorizes the expense. It also features an interactive map to visualize exactly where your transactions took place, allows you to attach files to transactions with AI-driven suggestions, and provides automated daily AI insights that tell you exactly how to correct or improve your spending habits. The assistant's chat function also helps generate real-time charts—useful for comparing expenses month-to-month or category-to-category, viewing spending above a certain amount, or checking recent transactions—with thousands of possible combinations available. Another feature I really like is the "Circles" section, which includes an interactive map and chat; it offers the same functionality as the standard chat but allows you to create shared goals, budgets, and expense-sharing arrangements. It’s incredibly useful if you’re like me—someone who hates manually filling out forms every time you spend money and just wants to get things done quickly.

Just launched my first App!

Tallya is an AI-powered personal finance app that lets you log transactions without filling out forms (though you can use forms if you prefer, the form-free way is better). You can simply tell Siri "Add expense to Tallya" and specify the amount and what it was for; the app automatically categorizes the expense, and you can view everything on an interactive map.

You can also log entries via the chat assistant—simply saying something like "Spent 20 on food" records it automatically. It provides automated insights into your financial health, and within the chat, you can ask questions like "What was my biggest expense?", "Show me my recent transactions," or "How am I doing this month?" There is also a "Circles" feature where you can join or create groups to manage shared expenses, goals, and budgets—all through the chat by simply typing commands like "@Tallya create a shared goal." You can even see where your circle's expenses took place, among other things. It’s free and works offline. I’d love for you to try it out and let me know what you think! Thanks.

You can review the information at: https://druna.studio/tallya/
Or download it directly on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tallya-ai-money-budget/id6785700512
Available for iOS (iPhone and Apple Watch)

Mood UI: AI Avatar Upload component

I started experimenting a little about what it would be like if a component introduced AI, and in the Avatar Upload component of Mood UI with a simple configuration, it allows you to generate images based on text or other images, it is quite easy to configure and there is a playground where you can see how it works
