Grocery store reccos

We're landing in Brisbane, hitting up a grocer, then sending it to Moreton Island! What is THE BEST COFFEE from Woolworths? What goodies and snacks should we try as foreigners? THANKS!

ETA: would love to go to a coffee shop for speciality beans, but we won't have time unless it's at Skygate or next to the wharf. My local grocery stores carry beans from amazing local roasters, so I assumed Woolworths would be the same

4.5 month old sweet potato here, and ready to start sleep training. The motivation being for her to learn to fall asleep independently and avoid the bedtime meltdown. We rock her to sleep - she will usually scream/cry for 40-60min before eventually falling asleep in our arms. I can only imagine this is stressful for her and would love our little bean sprout to learn to settle herself. Once asleep, we rock with her for at least 30min until she's in a deep sleep, then attempt a crib transfer. 9/10 the crib transfer doesn't work and we have to start over. When it does work, she might sleep for 15-30min then wake up crying. She's sleeping a total of 30min-1hr a night in her crib, the rest of her sleep is in a parent's lap. Obviously this is not sustainable. We spent the last week+ adjusting to an age-appropriate nap schedule (2.25/2.25/2.5/2.5) and creating a consistent bedtime routine: 3 naps (3.5hrs total), 11hrs night sleep, 9.5hrs awake. 100% of naps are in the stroller because we don't have time for the rock/crying for every nap (yes I'm walking ~40km/week, the dog is ecstatic).

Now to my question: how to choose a sleep training method for babies who struggle to fall asleep, even when highly supported?

I'm considering gentle methods like PUPD, but I'm curious how that would even work if she takes so long to settle at bedtime. Does anyone have experience or success stories in cases like these?

At this point I'd consider some sort of CIO method too because she's already crying every night for an hour. At least with CIO sleep training the tears would lead to a positive outcome.

Edit: added wake windows
