The Verge - spent three days methodically destroying a patch of my lawn
Yikes. Didn’t really know how mainstream Mammotion was outside of our little world but…. Yeah, not looking good for the brand.

Luba 2 3000X. Out of ideas and hoping someone here has solved this issue prior. It started with the mower on the charging station randomly not charging. The LED on the power brick is green (not charging) but the dock is blinking, mower reports it is charging.
I wondered if it might be the voltage. Checked it. ~28V, within range of the adapter's reported voltage. Then after some weeks while the issue was still occurring randomly it reported 60V, both voltages reading at the pins in charge connecter between the dock and brick, and at the pins on the charging dock. This went on for months, actually charging, sometimes for weeks without issue, sometimes a daily fight to get it to start charging.
In the past the following things have gotten charging working:
After waiting over a month for support to answer they decided to send me a new power brick. No idea if anyone ever reviewed the logs I sent. Great I thought, this will fix it. Plug it in, reads 60V, refuses to charge. Mower thinks it's charging, but green LED on the brick. About 50% of the time when the mower docks it flashes a red LED (charging) for a split second before reverting to green.
I'm beginning to think it's an issue with software / battery management system but I don't believe anyone actually read the logs I sent in. I'm behind a firmware release or two but DO NOT want to upgrade unless there's confirmation of a defect and fix which I have no hopes of Mammotion providing. Ideas? Troubleshooting steps?
P.S. Yes, I've cleaned the contacts on dock and mower.
