Uber didn’t show
Are there any repercussions when uber doesn’t show up after booking in advance? Ride was confirmed yesterday to arrive at 620a today to take us to the airport. No driver, no communication. Uber text chat just says sorry.
How do you ensure this doesn’t happen again?
The ride was requested in a popular tourist area in the mountains and calling another would have been another 40 min.
