Hello, first time here. Here’s the basic rundown. PROCCESS server tried to serve me today, which he didn’t complete, (but he will). I’m being sued by a debt collector who bought my debt of a little under 10k. This debt is roughly 4 years old. The case has been filed with my local court system. Anyways, basically I’m asking for advice, I’ve thinking about a cheap lawyer, but is there really anything I can do? Is that just going to add to the debt pile? Anyone had any luck settling? I essentially have no money, very little income, and own a used truck valued at maybe 4k. I want to protect my truck because that is how I make money.

Have iid installed on my car. Bought a new car. Now it’s on the schedule to transfer the device from old car to new car. Will I get in trouble for owning a car (that I won’t drive) without an interlock? Do I have to put it on non op? I’m planning on selling it so it needs to come off anyways. What are my steps to do this? Obviously I will drive my old car with iid to service station, and have my dad drive my new car at the same time to get it switched.

Title sums it up. I ordered a new muffler so I cut my own one off. Drove around, within 5 min I got a check engine light. No I did not accidentally cut off the cat. Or the post cat 02. Just the muffler and back. Any ideas? Also my cheapo obd2 reader won’t recognize the obd2 port. Any help? 1998 5.2 Dakota.
