It's a Yamaha Pacifica 112v

I have updated ALL SOFTWARE and done all SETUP

My audio interface works perfectly, I also tried a different one, absolutely NO RESPONSE

Cable works perfectly, also tried a different one

Took the guitar to a professional, it is perfect and also works normally on an amp

This guitar is brand new and I got it JUST TO RECORD MY SONGS I am have no idea what magic can I do now please any input is welcome
