Hiring a dev intern (remote OK, occasional Kolkata office visits, PPO possible)

Looking for an intern to join our small team. The role is mostly remote, with a few visits to our Kolkata office now and then. If you're in Kolkata or nearby, that's a plus and you'll be able to come in more often. If you're elsewhere in India, that's fine too, as long as you can make it to the office occasionally.

We're a small financial services company, and most of the work is building internal and customer-facing mobile apps. You'll also work on Frappe and ERPNext, customising modules, building custom apps and connecting them to other systems. Some of it will be things you haven't touched before, and you'll be expected to figure them out.

What I care about most is that you write a lot of code and ship it. I don't mind which language you're strongest in. If you're good at one, you can pick up another. I also expect you to use AI tools heavily, whether that's Claude, Cursor, Copilot or something else. I'm not looking for someone who writes everything by hand. I'm looking for someone who can use these tools well, read what comes back critically and fix it when it's wrong.

You don't need prior Frappe or mobile experience, but you should have built something real. A GitHub with half-finished side projects is fine. A GitHub with nothing is not.

If it goes well, there's a real chance of a full-time offer at the end. Stipend is not an issue for the right candidate.

To apply, DM me with a link to your GitHub and anything you've built, and tell me roughly where you're based. A short note on what you've made with AI tools would help too.

[Hiring] Building an AI engineer panel — project-based, moonlighting totally fine

I work on AI projects (US timezone) and I'm looking to build a small panel of engineers I can call on for fixed-scope work. Not a full-time gig — more like: I have a project, I ping you, we scope it, you build it.

First project kicks off right after July 4th weekend — so looking to connect with someone this week.

What I'm building:

- AI-powered products (think SaaS tools, workflow apps with LLMs baked in)

- Automation pipelines (n8n, custom agents, that kind of thing)

What I need from you:

- Solid Python / backend chops

- Full-stack is a big plus (React or similar + backend)

- You've actually used AI tools to build — not just read about them

- Comfortable working async, US hours overlap (even partial is fine)

Moonlighting from a job is completely fine — I care about output, not exclusivity. Freelancers, indie hackers, folks between gigs — all welcome.

If this sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM with:

  1. Something you've built (GitHub, a link, a quick description)

  2. Your stack

  3. Rough availability

No long cover letters needed. Show me something you've made.

Degraded quality?

Has anyone noticed degraded quality of responses from Minimax while coding over the last 3-4 days? It is noticeably bad compared to what it was say 1 week back. Very stupid calls, missing stuff, etc.?
