Any recommendations on how to make friends / join a friend group, myself and boyfriend ( late 20’s ) recently moved to Semaphore from interstate and struggling to make friends as we don’t have kids and go to work and come home. Love some help to build friendships here!

I have prolonged concussion, what WPI can I expect?

I have constant head aches, nausea, dizziness, forgetfulness, always fatigued, struggle to sleep, unable to exercise, mood swings, basic tasks are overwhelming
