am I too weak not not let her go?
What have I done for myself? how it can be measured?
What have I done for myself? how it can be measured?
Me being the chaser and its been 2+ yrs seriously not able to focus on myself as she keeps coming back again and again in my mind and heart, its like i see her face in every girl i see... i dont know what to do as i love her a lot and wanted to marry my TF but we separated...
Was confused about the flair, whether to choose animals or nature its about time we add "insects".
So this is what happened today, I went to one job interview to a consultancy and there the HR had this similar kind of vibe to my twin flame like she has embodied her body and mannerism, i was feeling very familiar and comfortable with her presence as she guided and helped me through out the hiring process, while leaving from there I wondered what if my TF has changed completely and has shifted her energy to a different field or something like that.
i spent 3 weeks manually reading complaints on Indian communities. here's what I found.
the problems I found are not the ones being discussed in any startup community I've seen. they're invisible because the people suffering from them are not the kind of people who post on twitter or attend startup events.
here's what the data actually showed.
there is no trusted authentication service for second hand luxury goods in India. none. people are buying fake designer bags and watches on instagram every single day for Rs 30,000 to Rs 80,000. the closest thing to a solution is a whatsapp group run by enthusiasts. the market is doing hundreds of crores in informal gmv with zero verification layer.
meesho has over 15 lakh active sellers. a massive chunk of them wait 15 to 30 days for their payouts with no escalation path. no invoice financing product exists specifically for this segment. the complaint volume on this is enormous and growing.
1.4 crore businesses are registered for GST in India. most of them are small shops paying a CA Rs 6,000 to Rs 10,000 a month for something that should be a Rs 299 whatsapp bot. every app in the market is built for accountants. none of them are built for the shop owner.
local salons in tier 2 cities have no booking system. no prepayment. no cancellation policy. customers show up and get turned away. urban company solved this for metros. nobody has touched the tier 2 market which is genuinely massive.
D2C brands doing returns outside metro cities have no reliable pickup partner. shiprocket and delhivery exist but their tier 2 and tier 3 coverage for reverse logistics is genuinely broken. sellers just absorb the loss.
I built a tool that finds these automatically every day across 8 Indian platforms and scores each one for pain intensity, revenue potential and how underserved the market is in India specifically.
the reason I built it is that every existing tool for finding startup ideas is built on western data. idearupt, product hunt, hacker news. they're all optimised for american consumer behaviour and american price sensitivity.
India has 1.1 lakh DPIIT registered startups. almost none of them have access to India-specific validated problem data. they're either copying western ideas or going in blind.
if you want to see what the tool surfaces I'll drop the link in the comments. genuinely curious what problems people here are sitting on that they think are worth building for.
