I am new to the rep world and I am a little unclear on how the PSP process works. I mean… I get it but I am curious on

1. ⁠how much “push back” you all give when something doesn’t look quite right.
2. ⁠How much you trust the TS when they say it does look okay.
3. ⁠And overall what to do and not to do…
