Gs amusement trip advice

Good morning, I'll try to keep short and include all relevant details. My junior Girl Scouts voted to go to an amusement park with their cookie money. We can get discount tickets until May 28th. The girls would only have to pay for their own food which could be expensive, but it's a cashless amusement park. I prefer this to be a troop activity. I don't mind Tagalongs if they pay their own way.

I don't want to order tickets pay for them and then have the kids not use them/not show up. Do you think I should charge everyone a nominal fee towards food so that I don't basically buy tickets that go to waste? If tickets are $40, what do you think is reasonable charge? The Park is an hour and a half two hour drive from our location.

There are 12 kids in our troop and I'm asking for two other chaperones plus myself, which works for our Council. So my questions are:

  1. How much do you think I should charge?

  2. Should I return the money slash deposit when they show up and keep it in the case of no shows?

  3. Do I reimburse chaperones for gas money?( I wasn't going to do that, but was going to pay for parking).

Anything else I didn't think of?

Edited to add: planning on an all-day trip from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. the park doesn't allow you to bring a full-on picnic. They also only allow one closed bottle of water or one empty reusable water bottle.

Frozen dessert or ice cream like ? No oat milk

Hello all, I have been craving ice cream because it's really hot here. Before I was eating Jolly llama treats, but have to go back on low FODMAP diet. I thought I read that they were not low FODMAP friendly. I can't have oat milk or coconut milk. Any suggestions for ice cream like desserts or ice cream stuff, that's not made with milk or wheat? I I'm also gluten free for other health reasons

London high tea Nut free?

Hello, I'm planning a trip to London and trying to find a high tea that is not free with no cross-contamination. I've contacted several hotels who said that they cannot wipe services and therefore make it nut free. At this point I'm kind of out of ideas so I figured that I would come here. I've posted on the London subreddit and figured I would try posting here. Another person in our group has a group now but they are willing to skip tea

I'm chaperoning a group of teens going to London at the end of July. There are 10 of us in the party. One of us is gluten-free and preferably low Dairy, but dairy is not a big deal. The other person is allergic to tree nuts, specifically walnuts, pecans, pistachios, and cashews. They're also allergic to salmon. They are not allergic to peanuts. They have to be very careful about cross-contamination in the food, but they can sit next to someone who is eating walnuts or salmon as long as it doesn't touch their plate. Ideally spending less than £100/£ 90 per person. However, less than 90 would be better. We are staying in Hampstead, but will be seeing sites around the city so it doesn't matter where the restaurant is located.

Hello all, going to London at the end of July with a group of 10 high schoolers. We're looking for a place to do afternoon tea in London for one person who is gluten free because of an allergy and another person who has a tree nut allergy.
