What are the pros and cons and which colleges are better than heritage in up???

Like I am going to do my mbbs from a private medical college of up but I don't want to just relay on medicine as my interest it on business side too.... I really need direction what should I plan and is it good to think so or not...i really want to become a cmo or start a business in medical field. Please help me regarding this
