Did an EGR delete on my 93 hilux surf today and both bolts were rounded off on the exhaust side. This was one of those jobs my mechanic started that I had to finish. 😵💫
At least I get to clean my intake!
Finally finishing a dream of mine. Wrapping up all the final wiring then adding fluids.
-Engine: 16v 2.1 stroker w/built head, danST ITB kit w/standalone ME221
-Trans: built 020 5spd w/lsd
-CAE Racing Ultra Shifter
-ST coilovers (KW's bargain brand)
-Enceinte rpf1 wrapped in r888r tires
-Fully restored subframe and rear axle beam w/energy suspension bushings
-new floors welded in.
-15gal trunk relocated fuel cell.
Have dreamed of owning an mk2 track build for about 15 years now. Finally wrapping it up. This build took me about 2 or 3 years but was able to finish a bachelor's degree at the same time so I am proud of that timeline.
