Transmission failure 62k miles

2020 GX460 - Transmission failure occurred with a whine from the transmission pump?

Good news? Got a new trans under warranty.
Bad news? WTF Lexus

Feel like I am behind and company doesn’t offer 401k 32M

Currently have Individual Taxable- $50,000
Joint Account with my Wife - $5,100
Traditional IRA- $24,000
401K (Can’t contribute more current employer) $50,000
Company Savings Retirement Account $6,000
Corporate Stock Plan $41,000
Robinhood account $15,000
Savings account $19,000
Joint Savings account with Wife $9,500
Precious metals $28,000

I make around $155k Base, Plus $12k stock and $20-50k bonus depending on the year. Cost of living at least lower in Texas with no income tax. No debt or loans or CC debt. I own both my cars outright, 22% equity in my home with my wife.

Here is my concern and where I need opinions please

-My employer doesn’t offer a 401k plan at my compensation level and offers a matched savings plan that sucks as it is not tied to equities. What else can I do besides the Traditional IRA and backdoor?
