Under sink RO water filter system for rented apartment

I live in a rented apartment in an area with hard water and want to use a RO water filtration system for drinking water. I looked at a couple of options for OTC and under sink. Based on the features i would like to have an undersink system that doesnt require manual refill and emptying and also saves the kitchen counter space. However since i live in a rented apartment, i am not sure if i will be allowed to make changes to existing plumbing to install the under sink system. I do have a workaround to replace the existing faucet with a new 3 way faucet that will include an outlet for filtered water and will not require any drilling. Has anybody done this in their apartments ?

Advice on filing for H4 COS with EAD.

Hello,

My wife is currently on F1 visa in her last semester. And since it takes around 6-8 months for H4 and EAD i wanted to know would it be wise to file for her COS to H4 with EAD now so that by the time she graduates she would have her EAD in hand.

P.S - She is also eligible for OPT and is planning to apply for the same before graduation. But i wanted to be ready for worst case scenario if she doesnt get a job in OPT within 90 days.If we file for COS then, she might not get her H4 and EAD on time.

Thanks in advance.
