Which build has the most minions at the same time without necromancy?

I want to know what the maximum amount of minions are for a build using just spells and class features or feats and items too, with no necromancy.

I assume it's gonna be some sort of a summoner, but i wonder what else there is or if there's something that surpasses summoner.

On my last summoner, who wasn't really optimized, with proper preparation i had minions from summon monster 4, my eidolon, a phantom steed and a draconic ally

Help me turn a 3.5e monster class into a pathfinder class

the troll PC progression goes like this:

Starting Ability Score Adjustments: +4 Str, —4 Int, —2 Wis, — Cha.
Speed: Troll land speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision: Trolls can see in the dark up to 90 feet.
Automatic Languages: Giant.

The troll's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Craft (Int), Listen (Wis), Profession (Wis), and Spot (Wis). On reaching Large size, a troll takes a —4 size penalty on Hide checks.

Level Hit Dice Base Attack Bonus Fort Save Ref Save Will Save Skill Points CR Special
1st 1d8 +0 +2 +0 +0 (2 + Int mod) x 4 1 Feat, scent 10 ft., 2 claws 1d4, bite 1d4, +2 natural armor
2nd 2d8 +1 +3 +0 +0 2 + Int mod 2 +2 Dex, +2 Con
3rd 2d8 +1 +3 +0 +0 2 +2 Str, +3 natural armor
4th 3d8 +2 +3 +1 +1 2 + Int mod 3 Feat, +4 natural armor
5th 3d8 +2 +4 +1 +1 3 Large size, reach 10 ft., +2 Str, +2 Con, +4 natural armor
6th 4d8 +3 +4 +1 +1 2 + Int mod 4 Claws 1d6, bite 1d6, +2 Con
7th 4d8 +3 +4 +1 +1 4 Scent 20 ft., +2 Str, +5 natural armor
8th 5d8 +3 +4 +1 +1 2 + Int mod 4 Rend, +2 Dex, +2 Con
9th 5d8 +4 +5 +2 +2 5 Regeneration 3, +2 Str, +6 natural armor
10th 6d8 +4 +5 +2 +2 2 + Int mod 5 Feat, +2 Con, +2 natural armor
11th 6d8 +4 +5 +2 +2 5 Regeneration 5, +2 Con, +7 natural armor

i would really like to remake this into something that actually fits pathfinder and make it progress like a normal class. as in Level = HD and also have it be a full BAB class, with normal save progression too.

i think it would make sense to cut down the ability increases, since the amount that it provides goes far past what the troll monster in PF1e has, if applied to a character with rolled stats or normal point buy stats.

i also thought of making it a class with only 6 levels since thats the amount of HD that a normal troll gets but maybe there could be some continuation to it that does more than just increase stats.

i would also stop the natural armor progression at 5.

i'd really like to make this work. so i hope to hear yall's ideas.

Can you play a troll as a PC?

I was looking through feats and i came across a bunch that have a requirement of the character being a troll and sometimes also having a feature like regeneration.

Is there a way to actually gain these features and become valid for those feats? or better yet actually have a fully troll pc. without custom race stuff, which also doesnt even provide stuff like proper troll regeneration.

What are your favorite necrocraft builds?

I just gathered enough creatures to make a gargantuan necrocraft. Which gives me 5 construction points to give it abilities

I'm not really sure what to make though. My main ideas are a fast moving party mount that uses trample for combat, or a creature focused on having multiple attacks.

i'm stuck in a dungeon :(

theres a portion of this dungeon with these weird cogs that dont really seem to do anything when i activate them

has anyone done this dungeon? what should be done?

theres two moving plates and theyre activated by the 2 levers and theres a 3rd plate that looks like it should be moving but nothing seems to activate it

i've been thinking about some builds for a character using high crit chance weapons and using outflank with their companions.

mainly i've been thinking about summoner. using any eidolon that gets weapon proficiencies as a feature. such as the genies for example. or just giving them proficiency through a feat. then getting them a bunch of arms and letting them use a lot of kukris for a lot of crits so the character can make attacks of opportunity with their own high crit weapon. the problem i see with this is that the damage doesnt really scale well as the levels go up, unless theres something i'm missing?

i also remember seeing a good build here, i can't find it anymore but it was something with a bodyguard animal companion for access to combat patrol.

I've heard that the lance is a very good weapon for a mounted summoner. And i get why it's good but are there any synergies here or is it just there for a summoner to have something to do when they don't want to use spells with their action?

I've been having trouble looking for good builds for this feat, because everywhere i look there's something different, theres just so many ways to do it but the discussion usually revolves around class features and theres rarely any mention of feats and magic items or spells.

I would like to hear your recommendations or experiences building this kind of character.

Additionally i want to ask this: since a lance can be wielded in one hand while riding a mount, i assume a large one can be wielded in two hands while riding a mount too. Is that right?

And because of that i thought of making a tiefling with oversized limbs and one level dip into titan fighter to be able to use a huge lance in two hands while riding a mount with no penalty.

Also to be more precise I'm mostly looking for antipaladin focused builds to utilize smite good being multiplied by the spirited charge.

i know its rare to come across large PCs and i assume most GMs don't allow those in their game. but in the campaign I'm playing in there is no limit on races and stuff like that. and i was thinking of making a character using the Ogre race.

i know that being large is desirable for pretty much any strength focused melee build. but i wonder which ones would benefit the most from being an Ogre or just any large race.

fyi the Ogre traits are this:

+4 STR +2 CON -2 INT -2 CHA. Large (+2 str, -2 dex, -1 to attacks, +1 to CMB and CMD, -4 to stealth). Reach. natural armor +3. Darkvision 60ft and low light vision.

i would also like to hear from people who actually played large characters in pf1. what did you play and how did it go?
