MY MOM GOT ACCUSED OF STEALING FROM HER PREVIOUS FOREIGN EMPLOYER

Need advice what to do

Story:

My mom worked for them for almost 4 years as a domestic helper/babysitter (3 kids). They came from Cyprus and just got back here sa Philippines last July. She resigned after and her last day of work was last July 31. She was promised by her prev employer that she can go back to Cyprus to find other employers since her visa is still active, kompleto required documents niya but when she's about to go to OEC last week Friday, she received a message from whatsapp galing sa employer niya and was told na meron daw something problem and need nila pumunta si Mama doon. There, she was told that few important jewelries got stolen from the safe daw. Before these things happened, after my mom resigned, they hired another helpers, one for cleaner and babysitter, so 3 of them was called and interviewed.

Fast forward. 3 of them including my mom underwent polygraph testing. After a few days of waiting for the result, the police called my mom and invited to come to the police station. She was found positive from the polygraph testing. My mom has hypertension and highblood pressure, sinabi niya yan sa police before she took the test. She admitted that she got nervous when she took the test as well. I know my mom and she gets nervous easily and she even has a phobia taking blood pressures using sphygmomanometer.

Just earlier today, my mom got interviewed again by her employer (husband). She was pressured to answer their questions, nasaan daw yung mga jewelries, even checked her bank accounts and found nothing.

My mom worked for so many years as a domestic helper. This is the first time she got accused of something she didn't do 😭😭. My mom is a single mother with us 3 kids, i'm the eldest. Simply living a simple life 😭 Wala silang solid proof. No fingerprints, cctv footages, etc that can support their accusations na si Mama yung nagnakaw. She's having a hard time sleeping right now due to stress and overthinking.

I just need legal advices, what to do. Anyone 😭
