They are the smallest I've ever seen in our yard! For reference, the width of the sotol frond (with the spiky edges) is about 0.4" or 1 cm.

Cow, Lucy's favorite toy, only has two legs left (and those are barely attached).

She likes to sleep in the gap in the gate (and she barely fits).

Wordfeud (Random Board)

I have seen two females and one male with holes in the sides of their bodies. Obviously one female died, and I bet the male did, too. I thought the other female might make it, but I haven't seen her in a couple of days. My guess is it's a stray cat in the neighborhood (I have chased it away from an anole before). Or a bird attack?
