How comes it is SO painful?
Damn everytime I am in a crisis I feel so bas. Nausea, feeling like I being stabbed in the intestines, cold sweat, feeling light headed. And even when apparently all the shit has gone out, and that you feel like taking a shower since you feel disgusting, it comes back !

Only thing as physically painful I can think of is a bad flare of endometriosis, delivery contraction, and pyelonephritis. Why the fuck is it like that even so my innards are all clean ?

Damn.
Metformine diarrhea
I have a glycemia that is not so so bad (101/102) but still my Doc prescribed me metformine because all of my family on my dad side turned diabetic T2 around 35 (even the skinny ones), and I am 37 and my glycemia has gone up those days, so here I am.
What he didn't told me though, is that I would be shitting burning acid with awful spams, and damn I've runned to the toilet at least 10 times today and barely made it. My rectum had basically turned inside out to the point I am thinking of renaming it lone sock, and I am bleeding. The alien's acid each time I am going to the toilet doesn't help.
I am on a low dose I believe (that's 425mg/3 times a day, I am cutting a 850 pill in half) but damnnnn I can say I am butthurt.
Do you have food that you like but are also disgusted with ?
For example, eggs. I like them, only scrambled though. But having to prepare them make me nauseous. The jelly texture of the uncooked thing, the bloody little thing in it, I just can't see it without feeling bad. But if the egg is cooked I enjoy it.
Same for chicken and all sort of meat. I like chicken, chicken fillet only. But if I have to prepare it and I see a vein or even a bit of fat I am really grossed out. And damn the smell of the uncooked thing is awful.
And globally except chicken and cow meat, I just won't touch anything. Turkey ? It's spongy. My mil laughed that I wouldn't be able to difference it from chicken. Til one day she served me turkey saying it was chicken and I found the texture so chewy it made me nearly throw up.
Before I was also eating some parts in the pork but the more I become older the more I am being restrictive.
So regarding meat, fish I am really limited. With my health, my very very low cholestérol and Iron level despite supplementing, I would clearly benefit from eating more meat especially liver but I would be damned before touching any of it.
In fact I don't know how I can overcome this. I am the only one in the family that is like that so others don't understand why I am so restricted. They take that as a tantrum but I am 36 years old lol
