Why are nursing colleges so strict?

Is it actually true that nursing colleges torture and harass students a lot?

Recently, I heard about two nursing students, a guy and a girl, who died by suicide, allegedly because of pressure/treatment from teachers. The guy was actually my school senior, so it really shocked me.

I’ve also heard that some nursing hostels have restrictions for literally everything, including phones. Some apparently give students their phones only once or twice a week. Meanwhile, NEET students at Brilliant Pala get around an hour of phone time every day.

What I don’t understand is why nursing colleges seem to have so many restrictions compared to MBBS or engineering colleges. I’ve heard that many MBBS hostels don’t even have strict night curfews and students have much more freedom, despite having an extremely heavy academic workload.

Current/former nursing students, what’s your experience?

Do NEET aspirants avoid dating because of studies… or because they’re “waiting for better”?

I’ve noticed a lot of people preparing for NEET, especially repeaters, seem to completely avoid dating/relationships. Is it mainly because they genuinely don’t want the distraction and would rather focus 100% on studying? Or is there also a mindset of “let me clear NEET first, get into MBBS, then I’ll date someone from the same level/profession”?

Like, is choosing to date another MBBS student/doctor later actually a form of gold-digging/status chasing, or is it pretty normal? Do MBBS students mostly end up dating other doctors/medical students, or do they usually date people from completely different professions too?

Genuinely curious what people here think, especially NEET aspirants/MBBS students. 😭

Is online coaching enough to crack NEET as a rerepeater?

Scored around 350 in RENEET and planning to prepare with online coaching only. I've heard a lot of people say it's almost impossible to crack NEET with online coaching.

Has anyone here gone from the 350s to a good NEET score with online coaching?
