I placed 2 orders on amazon for 20 large trays and they both came last week and I love them. So now I have 40 large trays and they hold about 2 bags of drills each.

I also placed an order for more trabricks in the red and the matcha green directly from cateared and I am waiting for those. So happy I got them. The red will have a mix of both large and small and the green will all be large.

Highly recommend.

I used to love that group but lately over the past year the one and only admin keeps pausing the group to the point where I have had to stop selling in the group. I think they need to seek some help with the group so that it doesn't keep getting paused or if they aren't willing to do that step down and let someone else take over.

I finally got my ticket from week one last week, but the pin that I ordered with it I was told will ship mid August. This morning I got an email from Collectionzz and they are now saying the pin will ship late August. Another date push back from them.

If you have still not recieved your items reach out to them because they are now actively responding to emails.

I hope it’s OK to ask this in here, as this is related to Diamond Art Club because they are strictly the only brand of diamond art I will do, because I really like their quality. Does anybody in here have Trabricks? I was going to buy them from Amazon since I get points, but I see colors on their actual website that I like better. Is it best to buy all large or is the kit that comes with large and small and a case better? I am currently looking at which ones to get. I already found the color I really like I just need to know what’s best.

I will have 2DAC kits coming in one of them is going to need a lot of drill storage. I just want to make sure I make the right decision.

I happen to see a post where someone had to give up their cats because they bought a condo that they were told was pet friendly, only to find out after they moved in that it only allowed dogs and not cats.

they were looking for condos that said they were pet friendly. The person found a condo they really liked that stated that it was pet friendly. It wasn’t until after they bought the condo and moved in with their cats that they found out the bylaws only allowed dogs and not cats. I’m just curious as to what recourse the buyer has in this situation? for reference, they never stated if the listing said it was pet friendly, the seller said it or the HOA said it. Aren’t the to be made available to potential buyers when selling a condo? what if the HOA said pet friendly but never stated cats were allowed, can the buyer do something about this?

I placed an order mid May for a pin and a ticket for week one. I knew going into this that it was a pre order and that all sales were final, and I had no issues with that. I sat and patiently waited for my items to ship, and kept telling myself no worries it will get here. After the 3rd date push back of when it would ship I kindly reached out to them asking for an update. I got a response 2 days later basically telling me that due to unforseen circumstances they didn't know when my order was going to ship. That really frustrated me and I kindly said while I understand it was a pre order and all sales were final, since at this point you now do not know when my items will ship I would kindly like a refund. I never got a response. Then as of this week I seen people who also ordered a pin, ticket and patch say they had gotten shipping notifications, and I went to check my email to see I had no shipping notification and my order still said processing as of the date I ordered in May. Come to find out the people who got shipping notifications for the same items I ordered all placed orders days to weeks after I placed my order. How is it they are getting shipping notifications before me when they placed orders for the same items well after I did.

Is anyone else in this boat?

I hate to make another post like this but Collectionzz's really screwed up with the No Doubt stuff. I would much rather them refund me at this point, I don't want to file a charge back with my CC.

Part of my order has shipped. The ticket for week one has shipped but not the pin.

Seeing as she has been doing festivals you think she would do it next year since its returning? I grew up not far from the Harvard Athletic complex where they have it. This year they took a break from it but it is coming back for next year June 4th-6th.

for context, we live in a complex where we allow renting. We have a dumpster that on occasion will get abused by people who don’t live here or people who are moving in or out of our buildings. Is it reasonable to send someone an HOA violation/fine for leaving items around the dump dumpster or putting items in the dumpster that aren’t to be put in it. The dumpster company has in the past a few times refused to empty our dumpster because someone’s left a mattress next to it or someone’s put furniture into it. If we know who is committing the violation, can we fine them even if they rent out their unit?

would they be able to bill the fine back to the tenant who left it there?

So I have lived in my complex for about 8yrs now and have recently joined the board to help out and get active in our community. In a previous board meeting we had brought up parking issues within our lot where owners would come home sometimes and find a random car parked in their spot. We were able to combat that and figure out a solution thankfully. Now we are faced with issues with visitor parking. We have an owner who has reached out to management to find out which spots are visitors parking, and another board member pointed out which ones. The unit owner then came back pointing out that the spots that another board member told them were visitors spots has a car that parks in one all the time and they just assumed that maybe the board member was mistaken as to what was visitor. Management reached out to us again asking after telling us that and come to find out someone else thinks that the car that consistenly uses one of the visitors spots belongs to another owner in the complex who's condo has only come with one parking spot and not two, and since they have more than one car they have been using one of the parking spots.

Sorry if that all sounds confusing, but I was wondering if you ever had to deal with this and if so how did you properly handle it?

Personally if it is true and there is an owner in the complex who is using one of the visitor spots for their second car all because their condo has only one spot assigned to their condo, I think we should let the owner know that they can no longer be allowed to do that as it is not fair to visitors who come to visit someone in the complex.

To note some condos have 2 spaces deeded to their unit and others have only one space.

I ordered two items from them with the dates from the first three shows as I went opening night. None of the items I ordered were the poster. When I ordered on May 19, I was told on the website we’d have it by the end of June then they pushed it back to the end of July then they pushed it back to the end of August. I started getting upset because I tried to be patient telling myself it’s a pre-order I’ll get it. I messaged them the other day and finally got a response with a simply said they’re having delays unforeseen delays and they don’t know when my items are gonna ship out, but not to worry they will ship out. I understand their website says all sales are final, but in situations like this, they should allow us to cancel our orders and refund us our money. I won’t be ordering from this website ever again.

So if you ordered anything on that website Collectionzzz related to the no doubt residency in Vegas that was not the poster. It’s going to take time before you can get your order because they don’t know when it’s going to ship to the unforeseen delays.

*UPDATE*

I responded to their email stating that while I was fully aware when purchasing the ticket and pin that this was a pre-order in all sales were final, I think that given the fact they don’t have an estimation as to when my items will ship I should be allowed to cancel and get a full refund. I requested that they canceled my order if they don’t, then I will be contacting my credit card company and getting the charge reversed. This is unacceptable.

I know realize that only one person has said they actually got their poster, and that a lot of other people who ordered a poster have not gotten their stuff yet. I hope Collectionzz's does the right thing and allows people to cancel their order seeing as they now don't even have a date as to when we will get our order, after they kept pushing back the ship dates.

I still have not recieved a shipping notification. Seems to me they are having issues with anyone who ordered the tickets or the pins. I never got a response when I asked nicely for a refund since they now do not know when I will get my items.

Our community got taken over by them and in the past 5yrs we have had numerous managers some only lasting 2 weeks and one lasting about 8 months. We have a few owners that don’t like them and want us to get someone else to manage but it’s tough to do that. sadly the last person we had for our community tried running it into the ground but thankfully got pulled from our site (we believed fired).

If you have dealt with them how did it go, and do they still manage your property?

I am in the smiski everything group on Facebook and I noticed lately the one admin keeps pausing the group. they paused it for 24hrs then they have now paused it for a month. it is really frustrating especially when you are trying to sell in there.
