Virgin Atlantic allowing phone calls

On VS103 to Atlanta. In Premium Select cabin people have been on phone calls and not using headphones. It is as annoying and disruptive as you would think. Why does anyone think it acceptable for all of us to listen both sides of their conversation. Grrrr!
The cabin staff don’t respond to complaints from other passengers.

Thank you @delta for banning this on your flights. Your partners need to do the same thing.

I will be actively avoiding VIrgin Atlantic when booking on Delta app going forward.
