So I scored a automatic litter box back on Oct. It completely changed our cat life. That thing has been a lifesaver. So last week, I was cleaning it, as per the instructions. I have been doing it the same way since it got it. After reassembly, I went to plug the base back into its location and it wouldn't start anymore. Just like that, it stopped working. After trying everything and getting no where, I went out and got a new box, because I had tossed my old nasty one. I was going through the manual just to see if I missed anything and there was instructions to contact the company for issues.
I emailed them, not expecting any response. Imagine my shock when they responded. After a week of trouble shooting, verifying my order, and a few videos, they said my box was still under warranty and they are shipping me a new one. I am thrilled. I will definitely be updating my review to add this new piece of information and help they provided as they stand by their products. So glad I reached out.
Is there anywhere to get protein shakes of any kind on Seashore. I have the drink package. Hubby is a Type 2 diabetic and he usually starts his day with a protein shake.
We are taking our first MSC Seashore cruise at end of June for hubby 50th birthday. Some of the people going with us drink a lot of non alcohol sparkling water. Is that available on the ship?
